Robert Simon

Robert T. Simon is a co-founder and primary trial attorney at the Simon Law Group, a firm he launched in 2009 with his twin brother, Brad Simon. Under his leadership, the firm has grown from a small boutique practice into a nationally recognized, nine-figure personal injury law firm with offices in California, Arizona, and Texas. He has also been specially admitted in multiple states to handle complex wrongful death cases involving commercial carriers.

Raised in a family deeply connected to the trucking industry, Robert developed a passion for representing victims of trucking and bus crashes early in life. A childhood tragedy involving his uncle, who was paralyzed by a drunk driver, cemented his lifelong commitment to fighting for injured individuals and families. He is particularly known for obtaining major verdicts in severe spine injury cases.

Robert is highly respected by his peers and has been awarded Trial Lawyer of the Year multiple times in various jurisdictions. He regularly educates other attorneys through speaking engagements, publications, and mentorship, and is an active leader in the legal community, serving on boards and ethics committees for major trial lawyer organizations.
