Przemek Lubecki

Przemek Lubecki was born in Poland and lived there until the end of second grade, when his family emigrated to what was then West Germany to escape communism. After living in Germany for two years, they were granted political asylum in the United States—his father’s ultimate goal—and arrived in St. Louis. He later attended Tulane University for college and earned his law degree from Loyola University Chicago. It was his experience as an immigrant, however, that most deeply shaped his values, teaching him the importance of hard work, perseverance, and fighting for what is right. Like many of his clients, he has faced obstacles and overcome them.

After law school, Przemek knew he wanted a career in the courtroom. He joined a Chicago law firm known for trying more cases each year than any other firm in the state, with a culture built around trial work. Over the course of his career, he has tried more than 100 civil jury trials. In 2006, he was recognized by the Cook County Jury Verdict Reporter for having tried the second-most jury trials in the state of Illinois.

In 2012, Przemek became licensed to practice law in Louisiana, where he has handled serious injury cases and jury trials throughout the state. In 2022, at the age of forty-two, he secured an eight-figure “nuclear verdict” of $12.4 million after a major trucking company placed an unsafe driver behind the wheel. Trial lawyers who achieve a nuclear verdict represent a small, elite fraction of the legal profession, and the vast majority of attorneys never reach this milestone.

Outside the courtroom, Przemek’s competitive drive has long been a defining trait. As a younger man, he competed in the Chicago Golden Gloves boxing tournament in the light-heavyweight and heavyweight divisions from 2005 to 2011. Today, he is a competitive pistol and rifle shooter who regularly competes across the United States in the Elite Men’s division of The Tactical Games. He also holds an A-class ranking from the United States Practical Shooting Association in Carry Optics pistol.

Przemek has been married for 11 years and is the proud father of three daughters, ages 9, 7, and 5. His competitive nature fuels his relentless pursuit of excellence in the courtroom, and he brings that same focus and determination to every case. As a husband and father of three young children, he understands what it means to protect what matters most. His clients’ well-being and future are his priority as he fights alongside them to achieve justice, victory, and the opportunity to reclaim their lives after an injury.
