Ty Brown

Tyler “Ty” Brown is a trial attorney at ZAF Legal, where he represents clients in complex personal injury and catastrophic injury cases. Known for his strategic approach and strong litigation background, Ty has secured multiple seven-figure settlements, helping clients navigate some of the most challenging moments of their lives.

With over a decade of experience in high-stakes litigation, Ty combines traditional trial advocacy with advanced dispute resolution techniques to deliver effective and efficient outcomes. His work is defined by a balanced approach—preparing every case for trial while leveraging negotiation and conflict resolution strategies to maximize results for his clients.

Ty earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of a nationally recognized law journal. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from BYU. His academic background reflects both analytical rigor and leadership, qualities that continue to shape his legal practice today.

In addition to his work in the courtroom, Ty is deeply involved in legal education and leadership. He has served as an adjunct professor at BYU Law School and as Director of the PeaceBuilding Academy, where he has helped train future lawyers in negotiation and dispute resolution.
