Jon Marko

Jonathan R. Marko is one of Michigan’s top trial lawyers and the founding attorney of Marko Law, a Detroit-based firm known for taking on powerful institutions in high-profile and complex litigation. His work spans personal injury, civil rights, employment, and catastrophic injury cases, where the consequences are life-altering and justice is paramount. He has achieved numerous seven- and eight-figure verdicts and settlements, including the largest premises liability verdict in Michigan history.

Jonathan’s legal foundation includes extensive appellate and trial experience. He clerked for Michigan Supreme Court Chief Justice Marilyn Kelly, worked on appeals at the state’s highest court, and later trained under renowned trial lawyers Geoffrey Fieger and Ven Johnson.
